WOW! Net Savings Link reorganization to NSAV Holdings
Talk about protecting the share holders. Great move JT! I have seen this before, it leaves all the baggage in the subsidiary company and NSAV Holdings is debt free. That means all the old mgmt debt is gone from the newly form NSAV Holdings company. No skeletons in the closet coming out and trying to claim debt.
Say what you will but this is awesome, A clean non-shell company
And yes all our shares are change to the new company according to the filings.
