This gets updated during the day, but on a delayed basis. It is quite instructive to spend a day or two literally watching all the trades go by on one stock -- in this case, CTIX. If you don't have time to do that, you can look at the list of sales.
I am struck by how few of the teeny tiny trades there were today. On many days, we've seen them walk price down on a whole bunch of 100 share, or 50 share, or on one notable day a series of TEN SHARE trades.
Not today. Most of them are at least several hundred shares and there are plenty of 1000 or more.
So -- is this people re-shorting the stock, as they promised they would over on lieHUB? I don't see how it could be actual small traders buying/selling, because anyone who was going to be stopped out has already BEEN stopped out.
Oh, and whoever naked-shorted that batch of shares for my IRA today, thanks. I'll be selling them back to you at much, much, much higher levels. If I sell them back.
