Copy of my post on iHub debunking the deliberately misleading statements by both iHub bashers "surfkast" and "Full Contact Yoga". They tried to claim that the A/S was increased to 2.2B in June 2016 at the same time a 100M decrease was announced.
Incorrect again. The A/S figure of 2,200,000,000 predates the modern era [acquisition of Expressions Rehab & Chiropractic chain in January 2016].
The 2015 Annual Report clearly shows the A/S at 2,200,000,000 as at December 31, 2015. It is again deliberately misleading to state incorrectly that the increase was carried out in June 2016 when the O/S was actually reduced by 100M.

Only the 100M reduction took place on June 28, 2016 - no increase.

Also, $DIGX just ran from .0003>.0011 on massive volume with the current A/S, O/S and Float. Nobody that matters cares. Every run in the modern era - several of them - has been with the A/S at 2.2B or 2.1B - low for an OTC stock currently in this price range.
It is not possible to dupe those who have been following the stock long-term.
