Will you stop with the hysterics? If there is a mounting pile of FTDs behind the scenes they will be discovered. The SEC is very busy dealing with real problems on a very limited budget. Calling them complicit is absolutely uncalled for and does a disservice to the hard working men and women therin. Regulatory agencies don't have time to investigate the cries of every investor who arrived a couple years too early and now blame invisible enemies and conspiracies rather than their own investing ineptitude.
