What about bringing the chairman from the acquired entity....
That's a borderline ridiculous statement. How does a high tech company in a death battle with J&J and ready to launch two or three new medical device products bring in a guy who runs a shell corporation? How is the company helped by that? No matter how highly traders like yourself think of the guy, in the medical device arena a shell operator couldn't find his butt cheeks with both hands.
Nonetheless I believe there is a subset of shareholders who have been made to hate Mr. Berman so much that they would consider this as a good idea.
