Thank you for being a shareholder. We received the below email from you to QIC. As you know we can not share any non public information with you per SEC disclosure rules. To answer your question however, we can confirm that we are still discussing and working out details with QIC on this and potential other locations. If and when something changes with the LOI, we will be sure to let the public know with a press release.
