I agree that it's important to up list if you want to be taken seriously but It's still going to be an OTC pennystock and it has with a bad history with a big float. After the up list happens and all the excitement wears off, where will this be?

But this is a rapidly expanding Christie Brinkley brand and IMO I think that's worth a buyout. probably not this year tho.
