40M cancelled from the fake ask before it could get hit and lost.
Nobody got duped into thinking everything on the ask would be traded at the bid price.
Longs would have absorbed all of it anyway at .0003 and then might just have hit the much reduced ask.
Almost everybody with anything on the ask at .0004 is either a flipper who bought today or an impatient person selling for a loss.
