Also remember that All Or Nothing (AON) bids are not visible - traders with big accounts don't want multiple small paint downs of 500K or less filling 5M/10M buy orders.
That's why you see the visible figures change - traders amend the order when they realize they forgot to tick the AON box in the buy order.
