SeD just moved their home office in Singapore into Suntec Tower One which is a big step up from where they were located at 10 Winstedt Road. They probably only have a small office,maybe even just a shared office suites setup but rents are very expensive - equal to the top end of Manhattan rates. I just came across a 1,500 ft office listed there for $12k per month.
