$LWLG The reason that the stock is going up is simple, they have just proven that the material is scalable; it is patented and only available from them. Super fast, Cheap, Plastic that can control Lightwaves and is compatible with today’s materials this will be the heart of Billions of Dollars in Devices.
We all understand the LPC financing, it has been in place for years and years and a large part of why the company succeeded prior to that they would go the standard Private Placement route but that does in fact result in twice the dilution as the warrants are cashed as the share price increases. In fact LPC just made a $500k deposit in the company’s bank account for warrants they had at $1.25. Will they sell those shares, of course they will So What? That is why companies go public to sell shares to the public.
And Honestly who even cares if someone paid to promote the company, If they did I kind of like it but where is report with the details? . I think someone is in trouble, did not do their homework so they are just trying to stir controversy and plant doubt.
