And yet........they have to succeed in miniaturizing a warhead, protecting it against the heat of re-entry, and also surviving a layered defense that includes missile destroyers, possibly space based anti-missile weaponry and re-entry anti-missiles in CA and AK.
And they probably need something more than Norton Antiviral software to insure that their missile don't go kerplunk into the ocean.
Leak-proof? Probably not. But the certainty of a retaliatory U.S. strike, in addition to the uncertainty of Korea getting in a 'lucky shot', due to all of the above, will give pause to the Korean military who will explain, all of the above, to the fat little shit.
