So tell me how does it work? I'm not a patent lawyer, but I work for a multiple billion dollar company that protects its IP. We don't share calculations and design analysis with our customers.
As a business owner in this sector after having watched QDVision get sued by Nanosys and run into bankruptcy, I would want to ensure my processes and IP was solid before selling my product. QD Vision was being sued for units already produced and on the market. Nanosys wanted a piece of previous sales.
