I just want to add that Kepivance, the only approved drug for OM, charges $10K per cycle, but it's hardly effective. There are about 500K patients affected by OM each year. If B-OM charges the same as Kepivance, $10K x 500K = $5B in annual sales. I think B-OM will dominate the market due to its efficacy, delivery method (oral rinse) and lack of competitions.
