We may have to start thinking the possibilities of a deal not materializing at all. Since Amarantus is in default of most loans already, the next logical step might be filing for bankruptcy.
The only sign of continued engagement of SeD at the moment is the new CFO is still in place and Mr. Steven Spence hasn't resigned from BOD. It seems like Mr. Chan wants to enjoy all the benefits of controlling Amarantus without contributing much into the company.
I thought Amarantus hired Dominick & Dickerman and BMI to get them out of jam instead of creating one.
