I know a buyout is definitely a stretch and I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon but the main reason I think it's a good possibility in the future is why would they let this brand be publicly traded by ICNB in the first place. They knew a lot more shares would have to be issued to settle the debt. Why take on all the crap when they could just keep it out of the market all together. Is the success of bellissima really enough to carry that big of a float to make it worth while to everyone involved?
