Yes, I finally figured out that they'll let us do up to 4 decimal places when it's under a buck, but when you hit a buck, it reverts to whole-cent orders.
Unless, of course, you're one of the big guys like a hedge fund, in which case they'll trade you at 5 or 6 digits at any price. GRRRRRR
