just a head's up when NR (non retail) undertakes relentless PPS *compression*
against any US Equity .. but specifically those equities trading on the OTC
imo it's always wise to pay attn to the pps for the 52 week low and volume avgs
as a reminder MSRT just came off its 6th round of triggering reg sho
(4 rounds in 2015 when MSRT came public via an S1 reg and 2 rounds in 2017)
know the rigged game .. recognize risk/reward potential .. and reasons why
NR/CEs' need to *break* a stock
