KRFG... I have been keeping up on the posts about this stock. I am new to investing and don't really understand reverse merger to the point is it better to hold a position in it before the merger or after it happens??? I had a huge position in Ntek before the reverse split and if I knew I was going to take a huge loss I would have pulled before hand. I just want to make an educated decision if anyone can weigh in.
