Thats why I think a buyout was their plan all along. They could have got private investors and never allowed this to be publicly traded and scrutinized or deal with former debt. They knew the debt would have to be negotiated and more shares would have to be issued. Rich isn't very concerned with the stock because he knows what is coming. That's my theory anyways.
