Penny stock gurus have hundreds sometimes thousands of followers that subscribe to newsletters from them. And these folks buy and sell bases upon their reccomendations. When it gets to a certain point the guru loads up again and then reccomends the group buy back. The guru makes the big bucks and the group makes lunch money. Rinse and repeat. They love NTEK and never want to see it leave penny land. But it will and the know it.
