Was there an official announcement or, filing?
All I see is a couple people mentioning it as if we should all know something already.
If it's official it should be big news, did I miss something?
All I can do is "assume" someone knows they have enough votes that we are good to go, but that the name & ticker change are in the works and not yet not officially official.
Am I close?
