I've tried to tell investors here that until management buys a significant amount of shares on the open market, they will continue to dilute because it doesn't affect them personally (financially speaking). To avoid repetition, read my previous posts.

Also, being rewarded in restricted shares is different, psychologically speaking, than buying shares on the open market.
