It would only take one smart one and it wouldn't be a $0.07 buy. Try buying half a million shares in a day for a few days and the price will be $0.10 then $0.15 then more with each share acquisition. A million a day would take us to $0.40 in a week and a half. Supply and demand rules for anyone who wants shares.
