Easy. Just as with any Bill that even the elected reps do not read in full but rather rely on staff to summarize and analyze, I've done the same.
So yesterday I read what dozens of a cross section of GOP Senators and Reps concluded about the budget proposal, and I in turn concluded that if they were unhappy with parts of it, my grounds for same RE most of it were sound. I knew where the Dems would come down, and why. The Republicans were the clincher, for me.
Now I'm sure we've both read financials that were misleading if not fraudulent, and we've both also seen 'pumps and dumps'.
Which is why when I traded I relied more on momentum plays, or at least analyses I found persuasive on the stock if not the industry.
I've seen the 'work product' of the GOP on healthcare. The Budget proposal is the GOP 'momentum play', in the wrong direction IMO.
