IMHO steer clear of $SNMN. CEO is full of crap and was falsely advertising a segment on ABC's GMA show 2 weeks ago. Took ABC's logo and made a false ad and tweeted all over. Tons of us tuned in and watched the entire GMA show that Tuesday and it never showed. We called him out on twitter for false advertisement and he blocked me.
Besides judging by this filing it looks like they are about to dilute the stock. JMHO!
