Weav, by all means, it's your money... do what you feel. But I don't think waiting for confirmation (real confirmation, in a PR or filing) of significant revenues booked or significant forward progress in NV would be a bad idea. If you're keeping a close eye on DECN (and you clearly are), I wouldn't expect PPS to get much over 20-30% max on confirmation before you could get in, with a lot less uncertainty.

As it stands, all of the positives announced by the company so far have plenty of wiggle room for delays or even "oops, that fell through." (Retail Monster, TV spots, etc). DECN is reaching a point where most everything is going to have to go right to live up to the hype. So you miss .03 cents (if that) on your cost basis, no big deal if this is going where it could, potentially. If we have another quarter of radio silence / without that confirmation, I'm banking on shares being available significantly lower than here.

Anyone who has a core position here isn't going to miss the boat if something comes through, so... I just don't see the sense in locking up any more capital for who knows how long for no clear reason.
