being pro active is nice .. that said .. to the best of my knowledge
mgmt has 4 days to file .. and with Monday being Memorial Day
that takes us out to next week (Friday/Tuesday/Wed/Thurs)
what i'd like to see is if there is nothing filed ah's today or tomorrow
that P2O file an 8k early Tuesday accompanied by an Update
time will tell
