Based on the shm and comments here that have followed, the percentages known at the time of the meeting that had been tallied, showed 99% FOR name change and 94% FOR R/S.

I don't recall the % count tallied as of May 11.

IMO, not a matter of needing more votes to pass both itesm, just allowing the deadline to give every opportunity for peeps cast their votes.
