So, if my timeline is correct, this is how it works:
1. Find/Develop a contractor in the targeted market area
2. Begin recruitment of personnel: auditors, sales, etc
3. Develop a local website that connects to the contractor.
4. Generate Revenue!!
Let me know if I missed any steps.
We already know they are recruiting in NY, CT and MD. (GA already has the one and only Mr. Quigley). If they are recruiting, the assumption can be made that we have a contractor there as well, and soon websites will be up and functional.
