Damn auto correct, I do mean LOI, although LOA (Letter of acceptance) sounds even better. Agree on the take acceptance of the plane date. No need to have a plane if not properly positioned. That gets an aquisition done, and the 120 days to be up and running Cheryl mentioned. I like it!
