It sounds right to me but I am waiting for confirmation from the company.... again the amount of shares doesn't neccesarily scare me as long as the company can execute on those three main points that I have... SALES, AUDITING, and 100% CONSOLIDATION...
with those three things in place they can easily overcome the outstanding share structure or even chose to buyback shares themselves..... i think by 2018 we will all be happy
