HONESTLY... I need an answer on their notes payables... the company claimed that they paid off 80% to 100% of their notes so I'm a little confused as to why they are still listed on their financials, the only logical explanation I can give myself right now is because the new shares have not been distributed yet they still list the notes because they are not technically settled. If the debt is settled than I still believe this could be a good long term play. past the debt we need to see SALES.. they need revenues above 5 million this year. past that they NEED to become fully audited and consolidate 100% of bellissima under ICNB.... If they do those things WHICH THE COMPANY ALREADY SAID THEY WILL DO, then in my opinion this is still a great play for late 2017, early 2018.
