Yes....the name change and R/S will pass.....but if you don't VOTE NOW, then we have to wait till June 7th for the non votes to be counted as FOR and FOR.
...and YES, 14 shareholders are able to effect the changes, but guess what....some of them still haven't voted!
......and Yes, Yes.....I called 400 million of those votes this morning and left messages for them to vote and how to do it if they lost their proxies, but still............
