I believe the day traders are out of the picture now due to no big flucuations in the pps. Good time to accumulate.
I believe pps will remain stagnant until one of these 3 things happen:
1. US Global acquires someone who has a certificate.
2. US Global passes the evac test and hires crews
3.US Global gets all its financials in shape, does a R/S and investment firms come on board
