Thinking about this company's history, and some of the major decisions they've made since the Baltia days, I've come to the conclusion that the only thing holding them back was strong leadership. That's it. All the sabotage and scummy behavior from the FAA could've been dealt with swiftly if a true leader was at the top. What's truly painful to think about is that a few people on this board, such as papa nasty, suspected that there was sabotage being committed against the company which caused the mini evac failures, yet those at the top didn't listen and we only found out later that he was in fact correct. The FAA has since started investigating those individuals and I'm sure it's part of the reason they've been willing to expedite certification, aside from Tony's "don't bullshit me" mentality.
Now do you see the difference between Baltia and USGlobal? It's the people leading it that have turned it around. Nothing more, nothing less. No luck, no "perfect timing," no "building on foundations," no excuses. And unless you're Berkshire Hathaway, there's no reason your executives should be a bunch of senior citizens who are one cup of coffee away from a heart attack.
I have no doubt that USGlobal will be a modern, luxury airline that can compete with low-cost carriers and beat them. And I, as an owner of the company (which all shareholders are), will do everything I can to make sure that my investment grows rapidly and produces a massive profit in the months and years to come. I'm not here to flip shares, I'm here to make a several thousand percent return. Again, I will do every single thing I can to make sure I, as an owner of the company, help the company both grow and see my investment produce massive returns. This is why we're here. This isn't a charity, nor is it a day trade. It's an investment of both time and capital. You wouldn't buy a house and expect to sell it for 50% higher than you paid unless you renovated the kitchen, facade, bathrooms, floors, etc. So why would your approach to an investment in a company that you are part owner of be any different? This isn't the lottery, nor is it a REIT where you can sit back and collect your 6% annual dividend and be happy paying the rent.
The people at USGL throw their heads down and get to work. They're open to change and listening to feedback from shareholders. I encourage everyone to call the phone number on USGlobal's website and listen to how different it sounds from what we heard from Baltia (which was nothing). It's automated, so don't worry about someone picking up unless you want them to lol...
Strong leadership. That's why this company will be successful.
