N-co has had it's share of issues in the past; Uniglobe Kisco bought in and backed out, Dow hasn't gone as planned,
Lighting hasn't produced as expected; now a new one, (but not a major).
I can see why ME may be a bit nervous as it remains to be seen how things will pan out for them.

I like the potential here much better, but understand why some may hedge.
