I have posted proof they have no agreement. Plus I posted Reg FD explained by the SEC. The ONLY way they would have an 80/20 is if they had a recovery permit.

The fact that you would suggest Kyle would violate Reg FD speaks volumes.
I don't disagree he wouldn't, I just think FALSE and MISLEADING information about an alleged 80/20 was floated yet again. I don't think they violated disclosure regs, because there was no such agreement to disclose.
