Potential reasons for delay of implementing asset investment by SeD into Amarantus per initial LOI.
Per LOI, SeD will be paid by shares of AMBS. Could the delay be because they don't want AMBS stock price to rise up too much limiting the # shares they can get? Absurd assumption? Yes, but what the heck.
