BS. I posted the CURRENT STATUTES this week when I responded to the lender who stated in 2014 a new permit wouldn't be needed to salvage.
Now think about that for a moment....a lender posted that Kyle told him a new permit wouldn't be needed, yet he is still a believer in Kyle.
Now either Kyle didn't say that or the lender posted a lie.
