I agree that running to $5.00 is not impossible by any means. But, yes, absolutely depends on how BIG the news is and how many people react with enthusiasm.
We know Hedge Fund guys cannot touch any stock under $5.00, but definitely not implying any will load at $5.00 either. (An actual smaller hedge fund guy told me that direct. That's why GWPH did an 'ADR' to essentially sell 1 share as "GWPH", where it was actually 10 shares of GWPRF or something to that effect?)
Now, on the other hand... A run up to $5.00 doesn't mean it stays at $5.00. We could run to $5.00 on the hype and enthusiasm of many, but then when the selling starts for people to 'cash in on the run' -- we could consolidate back to even $1.50 - $2.50... WHO KNOWS.
We'll need BIG NEWS to stay over $3.00, IMO. Big Partnership. Big Distribution. Sales/Revenue rolling in.
