MM manipulate OTC stocks prices at their leisure to make money because in their heads, as well as many in the mainstream financial community that is all they are good for.
In a lot of cases they are correct...
The SEC turns a blind eye because they maintain liquidity and some semblance of order.
Its the way of things in the pinks.....until a company does something noteworthy enough to break the perception.
