The big Institutional investor's won't touch the stock until they believe it could finish a quarter above $5. They can't hold stocks selling for under $5, but as long as they don't have it over the quarter they don't need to report it. If we reach the $3 plus area in by June you might see Institution's buying in and trying to push it to $5 before the end of the month, but if not, I suspect they'll be buying in in July, and with sales kicking in during the third quarter, I believe that over $5.00 is very probable by the end of September.

Institution's don't report holdings until half way through the following quarter. I believe by Mid November we'll all be amazed at how much Institutional holdings their are. Of course I wouldn't mind if it was Mid August when we learned of the growth in Institutional holdings.
