IMO, there is a difference between running an airline and experience of a passenger. These 6 years will show USGlobal what they should do and not do to make their experience alot better.
Also, listened to Ben's link for the interview. John mentioned they want to be a competitive carrier, not a budget carrier so customer experience is going to be a focus.
