The 21 days is for the approval of the URSA Agreement. If none of the creditors dispute this I think we are home free. I am hoping we see a filing when this date is up so we know if it was approved or not.
The creditors also have to approve the Plan and Disclosure by July 6.
July 13th is the new confirmation hearing.
