Yeah, most filings from Pre-Revenue companies would say something like that. I think the 10K even said that and then, BOOM, over the next few months... $1.7M was raised quickly and easily.
$2M in the Bank, I don't think that's a LEGIT concern of theirs. But they have to be cautious and careful in their filings. Just like the "Safe Harbor Statements" and such.
