Scanner Setup. I use the scanner that is integrated in E*Trade Pro.
I'm obviously not going to divulge my settings because that's what gives me the edge in trading - you often only have seconds to minutes to decide whether to grab the last 10M/25M/50M/100M at .0001/2/3/4/5 before an uptick.
I go for enough settings to grab my attention on anything that is getting traded in my price range of interest then I evaluate the current Level 2 and, if time permits and I don't already know the long term history, what might have got picked up cheaper.
