Do not underestimate the power of big players who already have their .0001s and don't mind taking the .0001s and .0002s out in multiple quick 100M buys to then control the availability of a large portion of the cheapest shares and their availability in the .0003>.0020 range to those that take an interest after checking out Level 2 information after seeing it on their scanner. In addition, credible traders with a proven track record are likely to be commenting on serious forums like Investors Hangout and putting out volume / uptick alerts on social media.
Obstinate "glass empty attitude" people holding legacy shares - like the handful of usual suspects on iHub - who stack the ask at .0001>.0005 to get out even, for a 1-tick profit or for a loss, lose their shares in seconds and are left wondering what happened when the stock is suddenly a huge winner for the skillful and also the current "hot" stock in the market for the next few days / weeks / months.
Those that cancel their sell orders on REDG and keep an open mind - and study trading action generally - might just get a pleasant surprise at some point this year.
