Compensation of key NTEK employees and its management team are largely in the form of restricted shares so why would they purchase additional shares on the open market. By now you should know Mr. Gulas does not take a $$ salary and his only compensation is restricted shares. Many of the tech and management team have also agreed to a reduced $$ compensation in exchange for restricted shares.
