E*Trade goes by the closing bell which is usually 1600 hours. Note the pps (price per share) of NTEK was US$ 0.0563 at 1559 hours, which nearest the normal closing bell at 1600 hours.
Any other price after 1600 hours reflects "after hours" report. Prices given after hours do not count. Such prices are usually T-trades by large investors. In this case, the price was US$ 0.049 recorded after hours 1600 hours.
Therefore, ETrade was correct. The NTEK closing price was US$ 0.0563. Pricess after closing hours are effectively meaningless; hence US$ 0.049 irrelevant.
